If you are an athlete, the sports chiro massage will help you to prevent injuries , prepare the body for your training and relieve muscle tension after the effort made. Include specific stretching of the muscle groups involved in your sports routine.

Massage times:

- Back and neck: 45 or 60 minutes

- Legs and feet: 45 minutes

- Full body: 60, 75, or 90 minutes
